Easter Fun

We went to Mimi's to color Easter Eggs on Good Friday. Mitch had a blast, and so did Jake...even if Jake only played in the water!

Sunday morning the boys woke up to see what the Easter Bunny brought. Jake got a new bike (which he refused to peddle, by the way, but Mitch loves), and Mitch got a remote control car and a couple of video games. Of course, there was chocolate in their baskets, and that was Jake's favorite part! :)

Then we got ready for church and had a little mini photo shoot before we left. Of course there is the required picture of Mitch trying to put his arm around Jake and Jake pushing him away!

...and my two little goofballs! I gave up trying for the photos and we went to church.

After church, we went to Mom's/Mimi's and played for a little while before we had lunch and then hunted Easter eggs. Mitch had a great time playing football with Daddy in the backyard.

I caught Jake hanging out on the steps to Mom's porch and snapped off some fantastic pictures. These are a couple of my favorites.
